Our Team

Wyatt King, Co-Founder & Executive Director. Wyatt has served in both staff and volunteer roles on Democratic electoral campaigns and citizen ballot initiatives for more than 20 years. He has also been a legislative aide for Members of both the U.S. House and Senate. He lives in Cincinnati, Ohio where he currently serves as a Democratic Precinct Executive and Ward Chair.

Jeffrey Stec, Co-Founder & Director of Community Building. An expert facilitator and mediator, Jeffrey has been helping individuals and teams to connect deeply and accomplish more for more than 20 years.
